"Live Well, Love Much, Laugh Often" has long been a favourite motto, a mantra or verbal companion for me over the years, reminding me that whatever the changing circumstances or adversities ( and chores) of daily life, joy and celebration and discovery in some form is always possible.
When you have time, for leisure, for quiet, for just enjoying a favourite activity or trying something new..... what are the things you love to do? What warms you, calms you, or awakens curiosity?
Do you feel the urge to dance, to move to the rhythm of the music of others who inspire you, to your own music? Do words please you: reading them, speaking them, understanding them, writing them, playing with them? Are you experiementing with photography, trying pottery and ceramics for the first time, designing your own or other people's gardens or home interiors? Can you make interesting things out of whatever materials you have gathered together or are you just starting classes in a new craft or art form?
And when you are busy and ...... "just don't have time for being creative," what are the moments of enjoyment you will grab, make or insist on if you can? Books? Going to the theatre? Making a patchwork quilt? Whatever creative outlet or expression enriches your life, or whatever you would like to try, this space is for you.
Read, look at the pictures and words offered here and get inspired and share them with others: ask to join us and start sharing your own projects. Learn, listen, chat, discuss and ask questions, or just laugh, disagree, celebrate......
